Working Pattern: Permanent / Full Time
As the Structural Engineer, you will:
- Possess experience performing studies, FEED and detail design of structural fabrications in an EPC environment or client role.
- Be experienced in producing deliverables that conform to all applicable industry engineering codes and standards as well as the client’s policies and procedures relative to the equipment being specified. Sound knowledge of relevant commonly used codes therefore required.
- Liaise closely with other disciplines to ensure all equipment requirements are addressed in the design, specification of equipment, construction sequencing and commissioning.
- Be technically competent in own discipline and actively maintain own competence according to standards and pursues continuous professional development.
- Provide value adding knowledge to constructability reviews and take consideration of layout restrictions, ergonomics, safety, utilities, and maintainability.
- Have experience coordinating and controlling vendor document submissions and reviews.
- Be skilled in designing lifting arrangements and development of installation routes.
