Working Pattern: Employee Fixed Term Contract / Full Time

As the Close Out Technical Assistant, you will:

  • Be a citizen of Azerbaijan
  • Support technical close out and as-building activities as required
  • Interface with relevant key departments and clients
  • Maintenance of the Closeout Tracker system to ensure tracking and accurate progress reporting of close out elements, including drawing as-building
  • Logging the movement of all certification packs into the relevant Closeout Tracker
  • Logging the movement of all as-built redline marked up drawings into the relevant Closeout Tracker
  • Maintaining accurate and up to date progress reports via the Closeout Tracker
  • Assisting the with input support to Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
  • Expediting the completion and return of site certification packs
  • Receiving and review all certification packs for correctness against required deliverables
  • Expediting missing data / as-built drawings from offshore certification packs
  • Transferring redline mark-up sketches to the as-building designers for update
  • Provide support to with equipment tagging and technical detail updates
  • Equipment tag modifications in the client MOC system
  • Liaising with DCC for archiving completed Close Out and As-Building documentation
  • Provision of reporting and general administrative support
  • Responsible for ensuring professional development is maintained and identified competency requirements are undertaken in a timely manner
  • Adherence to the company integrated management system
  • Compliance with quality assurance, health and safety and environmental policies
  • Demonstrate and promote PD&MS QHSE principles
  • Ensure unsafe activities are challenged
  • Adherence to the requirements of the best practice standards recommendations and processes in the undertaking of duties
  • Demonstrate and promote PD&MS values and lead by example

About You

Qualification / Experience Required
  • Educated to higher grade level or equivalent
  • Understanding of engineering deliverables
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Demonstrable experience in the use of CMMS (e.g. Maximo) is preferred
  • Competent in the use of MS Office applications
  • Excellent written and spoken English
