Working Pattern: Employee Fixed Term / Full Time
As the QA Engineer, you will:
- Be Azerbaijani citizen
- Monitor and measure supplier quality performance, conduct analysis and report trends
- Support the compilation and communication on quality monthly/quarterly reporting in line with contractual requirements
- Report any issues and/or concerns in a timely manner to the contract management team and functional management
- Ensure IMS (Integrated Management System) is being used effectively and is understood
- Ensure Client IMS is rolled out as part of onboarding to new personnel and that refresher training is provided periodically
- Support the project management, engineering management and client, in compiling and executing effective Lessons Learned sessions at kick off stage, during and post project completion
- Lead Internal and External audits in line with the annual audit schedule and produce competent reporting on any findings
- Lead investigations into any internal and external NCR’s and ensure actions are effective and managed through to sufficient completion
- Ensure any eSIR (Electronic Service Improvement Record) for the project are recorded and work with internal departments in managing each case to closure
- Attend weekly functional meeting and provide updates on project risk and critical scopes
- Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Manage and update client system with sufficient evidence for closure of audit actions or NCR’s
- Annual creation/update of quality plans and objectives and ensure the activities within these are being completed within the agreed timeframes
- Support the contract management teams on the knowledge and application of digital tools i.e. Risk Management/MoC/action tracking/Lesson Learned
- Compile and roll out any Lessons Learned subsequent to a negative event occurring
- Support annual certification body audits to ensure PD&MS maintain their certification
- Responsible for ensuring professional development is maintained and identified competency requirements are undertaken in a timely manner
- Compliance with quality assurance, health and safety and environmental policies
- Demonstrate and promote PD&MS QHSE principles and lead by example
- Adherence to the requirements of the best practice standards recommendations and processes in the undertaking of duties, in particular, risk assessment and control, reliability and failure prevention necessary to ensure the safe design, provision and use of tools, equipment and systems
- Demonstrate and promote PD&MS values and lead by example
