Working Pattern: Fixed Term Employee Contract/ Full Time
As the Project Manager, you will:
- Be an experienced Project Manager with previous EPC experience on brownfield modifications type projects, with a preference for onshore experience.
- Be client-facing and manage the PD&MS project requirements, including the management and control of budgets, scope, and schedule.
- Have experience working for an EPC Engineering Contractor and managing a portfolio of scopes throughout the project lifecycle, with an emphasis on construction execution.
- Ensure robust technical and commercial change control mechanisms and procedures are in place and adhered to diligently.
- Establish and implement project meetings, both internally and externally at client premises, ensuring appropriate frequency and consistency.
- Build strong working relationships and rapport with Company and Client project team members to ensure project harmony.
- Oversee and approve all project budgets, expenditure, and revenues, and monitor them at meaningful intervals.
- Drive and deliver the Appraise, Select, Define, Onshore and Offshore Execute, and Close-out phases (or parts thereof) of all projects safely and in line with or ahead of expectations.
- Ensure all projects are completed in strict accordance with contractual requirements and that adequate resources are in place across the Group to meet those requirements.
- Identify potential issues or conflicts proactively and resolve them in a timely manner.
- Demonstrate a safe approach in design and working practices.
- Adhere to the Company Integrated Management System.
- Comply with Quality Assurance, Health and Safety, and Environmental Policies.
- Demonstrate and promote PD&MS values and lead by example.
