Working Pattern: Employee Fixed-Term Contract / Full-time
As the QHSE Administrator, you will:
- Assist with administrative maintenance of internal and external audit programmes and for issue, control and close out of SIR’s
- Assist with administrative maintenance of environmental, Quality Assurance and health and safety records, including Company KPI’s.
- Assist with compiling safety statistics.
- Assist with periodic reviews of environmental, Quality Assurance, health and safety systems to ensure compliance with industry. standards and requirements and/or legislative requirements.
- Report to management on the status and performance of the environmental, Quality Assurance, health and safety systems.
- Assist with the compilation of Company tender submissions.
- Ensure the promotion of awareness of customer requirements to appropriate Stakeholders.
- Undertake procedure and document preparation and implementation.
- Undertake internal audits, subject to training.
- Participate in external vendor audits and evaluations as part of an audit team.
- Assist with the development of internal QHSE workshops and delivery of same.
- Assist with QHSE data for Management Review Meetings.
- Provide coordination of QHSE performance data, administration tasks and technical information for the QHSE Department
- Provide technical and administrative assistance on QHSE deliverables.
- Act as coordinator for incident alerts, communication and safety alerts within Baku operations.
- Act as focal point for the QHSE technical data.
