Working Pattern: Employee Fixed Term Contract / Full Time 

As a Senior Document Controller, you will:

  •  Maintain technical files in line with company procedures
  •  Provide formal receipt, issue and control of company documents in line with company procedures
  •  Maintain accurate document control records in line with company procedures
  •  Input to existing document control recording systems
  •  Assist with other general project, technical and document management support activities
  •  Liaise with client document control departments ensuring their procedures are adhered to
  •  Provide support to allow monitoring and review of Suppliers and Contractors Document Control
  •  Input to Supplier, Clients and 3rd Party Document Folder Structure in the system
  •  Coordinate with other PD&MS departments to assure that all documents are kept in the right place, in the right department file archive and properly identified
  •  Undertake administration of records, drawings and documents in accordance with the Quality Management System and other relevant specifications
  •  Prepare document transmittals and maintain precise, auditable records
  •  Ensure a hardcopy (where appropriate) / electronic copy of all previous revisions are available in document control and uploaded to the Document Management System / Pro Arc
  •  Undertake archiving in accordance with the Quality Management System
  •  Support and monitor Document Management of the projects
  •  Liaison with client document control departments ensuring their procedures are adhered to
  •  Act as ProArc Administrator when required
  •  Impart knowledge on ProArc systems
  •  Attend Client meetings when required
  • Receive and control Client supplied, project related documents, in line with Company procedures
  • Adhere to the company integrated management system
  • Comply with quality assurance, health and safety and environmental policies
  • Adhere to the requirements of the best practice standards recommendations and processes, in particular, risk assessment and control, reliability and failure prevention necessary to ensure the safe design, provision and use of tools, equipment and systems

About You

Qualifications:
  •  Bachelor's Degree in a relevant subject or equivalent
  •  Minimum of 3 Standard Grades at Grade 3 or higher or  equivalent
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Competent in the use of MS Office Applications
  • Experienced in the use of document management systems e.g. ProArc
  •  Knowledge and understanding of relevant oil and gas industry codes and standards
  • Exposure to People Management
  • Excellent written and spoken English
