We are now looking to hire an Management of Change (MOC) Coordinator who will coordinate and administer the MOC process across PD&MS projects and operational activities. In this role, you will ensure that all technical, organisational, procedural and operational changes are identified, assessed, approved, implemented and documented in accordance with company procedures, client requirements and industry best practice.

Working Pattern: Employee Fixed-term contract / Full-time
As an MOC Coordinator, you will:
- Coordinate the Management of Change (MOC) process across multiple projects and contracts in compliance with MOC procedure.
- Ensure all proposed changes are formally raised, tracked, reviewed, approved and closed out in accordance with approved procedures.
- Facilitate multidisciplinary reviews involving engineering, operations, HSE, quality, procurement and project stakeholders.
- Maintain the MOC register and provide regular status reports to management and clients.
- Ensure identified actions are assigned, tracked and closed out within the agreed timeframe.
- Coordinate HAZID, HAZOP, “What if”, risk assessment and technical review activities as required by the change.
- Verify that technical, schedule, cost, procurement and resource impacts are identified and documented.
- Coordinate approval workflows and ensure required authorisations are obtained.
- Monitor implementation of approved changes and verify completion of action items.
- Ensure relevant project documentation, drawings, procedures and records are updated following approved changes.
- Support internal and external audits, client reviews and compliance activities related to MOC processes.
- Assist with development and continuous improvement of MOC procedures, templates and reporting tools.
- Promote a strong culture of safety, quality, ownership and collaboration in line with PD&MS values.
- Facilitate post-implementation reviews where required.
- Verify all actions, documentation updates and approvals have been completed prior to closing the MOC.
